I am very happy training with mr Le Hieu, he is enthusiastic and knowledgeable of exercises, the human body and mind. His exercises are always new and challenging but with a good mix of stretching and massage I almost never have muscle aches afterwards, and he knows how to work around injuries and pains. Mr Hieu does push me to engage me fully but always in a calm and respectful manner, which gets the best out of me. I started to work out when I weighed 125kg and now, at just over 90, it is a completely different experience: training with mr Hieu contributed a lot to my regaining fitness. Saigon Fitness is expensive but very well organized and reliable, I do recommend it.
